Solution
Industrial Computer Vision
Automated visual inspection, detection and measurement for production environments.

Illustrative industrial photography — not a TraceVexa installation.
The operational problem
Manual visual inspection is difficult to sustain at production speed. Consistency drops across shifts, subtle defects escape attention, and inspection outcomes are rarely captured as structured, usable data.
TraceVexa designs computer-vision systems that inspect products, components and processes directly on the line. Each system is engineered around the part geometry, the defect types that matter, the available cycle time and the physical constraints of the station.
Cameras, lighting, optics and processing hardware are selected for the specific inspection task, and detection software is integrated with line controls so results can trigger alarms, reject mechanisms or process adjustments — not just fill a report.
Capabilities
What the system does
- Automated defect detection on moving lines
- Assembly, presence and orientation verification
- Label, print and date-code inspection
- Surface and dimensional checks
- Vision-based counting and flow verification
- Inspection image logging and traceability
How it works
From signal to action
- 01
Capture
Industrial cameras and controlled lighting acquire consistent, repeatable images at line speed.
- 02
Process
Edge processing hardware analyzes each frame within the available cycle time, close to the machine.
- 03
Decide
Detection models classify parts, identify defects and verify features against defined criteria.
- 04
Act
Results are signalled to PLCs, reject mechanisms, operator interfaces and reporting dashboards.
