Solution
Generator Control and Synchronization
Software for generator communication, synchronization, coordination and monitoring.

Illustrative industrial photography — not a TraceVexa installation.
The operational problem
Facilities that depend on generator power must coordinate gensets, controllers and facility loads reliably. Manual supervision makes synchronization, load sharing and fault response slower than they should be — and leaves almost no audit trail.
TraceVexa builds the software layer for generator operations: communication with genset controllers, synchronization support, multi-generator coordination, load monitoring, alarms and remote dashboards that show exactly what the power system is doing.
Where a site also operates solar generation, the same software layer coordinates operating data between sources at the control and communication level. This is strictly a software, control and hardware-integration discipline — TraceVexa does not sell or install solar equipment.
Capabilities
What the system does
- Generator controller communication
- Synchronization support and sequencing
- Multi-generator coordination and load sharing
- Load, status and runtime monitoring
- Alarms, events and escalation logic
- Remote monitoring dashboards and reporting
- Coordination with solar generation data where applicable
- Custom control logic and system integration
How it works
From signal to action
- 01
Connect
Communication is established with genset controllers, meters and switchgear signals.
- 02
Coordinate
Control logic manages start/stop sequencing, synchronization support and load sharing.
- 03
Supervise
Status, alarms and events are monitored continuously, locally and remotely.
- 04
Report
Runtime, load and event history become auditable operational records.
